In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup atĀ Ā Ā 12192 S Nicklaus RD Sandy UT 84092Ā Ā Ā After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.Ā
Our in-shop pickup hours are 10:00am to 7:00pm on Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. Additional hours of pickup can be arranged by calling Kimmie's Kandies Cell # (209) 752-9898.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Ā
You can track your order through,Ā Ā https://www.usps.com/Ā Ā or enter your tracking number directly into the search bar and Google will provide tracking information if available.
If you havenāt received your order within 7days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kimmieskandies@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will be more then happy to look into it for you.
